Let us prepare your home so all you have to do is arrive and relax.

  • Adjust temperature, lights, etc. for your arrival

  • Refresh all beds and bathrooms

  • Sweep porches and patios and remove insects and cobwebs
  • Uncover patio furniture

  • Set out towels, blankets, toys, outdoor items, etc.

  • Make your home welcoming in every way
  • Ensure your home is free of trash

Close The House

We will come in after you leave to make sure the house is safe and secure.

  • Set lights to your choice
  • Adjust climate control and fans as requested

  • Make beds and put towels away at your direction

  • Cover and put away patio furniture and boat dock items
  • General organization, storage and coverings as requested

  • Ensure your home is free of trash

Purchase And Put Away

(Rates vary based upon size and scope of need)

We will take care of your grocery shopping and stock the house with whatever might be needed.

  • Fresh meat, fruits, and veggies
  • Chips and snacks
  • Water, soft drinks and milk
  • Toilet paper and toiletries
  • Pantry staples, including paper supplies
  • Bags of Ice
  • Laundry detergent and cleaning products
  • Stocking your bar

Just send us a list of items you will need. At your request, we can send you pictures of what’s inside the fridge and pantry so you’ll know what you need. We’ll pick up precisely what you ask for (carefully selecting the very best) and we’ll put it all away in your kitchen, fridge, freezer, pantry or bathrooms as appropriate.

Laundry Services

(Rates vary based upon size and scope of need)

Let us handle making sure everything is washed, fully dried and properly folded. We can do this before and/or after your weekend at the lake.

  • Start to finish; fully folded – up to 3 loads.

  • Additional fee per load thereafter

  • Dry cleaning drop off

  • Dry cleaning pickup + cost of bill

  • Remake beds

Special Touches/Add On’s

We understand every house and every entertaining weekend require those special touches, including things we may not have on our list. If you don’t see something below, just ask. We’re flexible in meeting your needs.

  • Prepare fresh flowers

  • Set a table for entertaining
  • Set firepit areas (arrange chairs, blankets, pillows, etc.) and prep with s’mores kit

  • Stock boat dock fridges/area with drinks, food, ice or supplies

  • Top off gas cans
  • Replace individual propane tanks
  • Charging start-up for your toys (golf carts, boats, etc.)
  • Food/Take Out deliveries for you or your guests

  • Professional interior decorating and design services are available upon request.

Appointment Management

If you need someone to be at the house to meet a service provider, we are happy to be onsite for you as an owner representative. We can even text you pictures once the service is complete and before the service provider leaves.
