Yearly Inspections

Most of our clients start with a yearly inspection to properly ensure that all major home systems are performing properly. The list below includes the most common systems inspected during our yearly inspection but we take pride in customizing our inspection protocols to meet your individual needs

  • HVAC System (filter and thermostat checks, heating/cooling function and cleanliness of the units).

  • Plumbing System (toilet/flush check, hot water heaters and leak inspections)

  • Electrical System (lighting, outlets and appliance function)

  • General Structure (roof, gutters, windows and dock wear/tear (if applicable))

After the inspection is performed, a full report and photos of the findings will be sent to you along with any recommendations for repair.

Monthly Inspections

for peace of mind

The monthly Inspection ensures that all of your homes components remain in good working order.

  • Does the home need to be cleaned or deodorized

  • Are the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems working properly

  • Is there any unreported storm or weather damage, etc. (downed limbs or tree damage)

  • Do all of the home security features appear to be working as intended

  • Are there any dock issues to report (if applicable)

After the inspection is performed, a full report and photos of the findings will be sent to you along with any recommendations for repair.

Emergency Visits

we’re always on call

There’s usually a time when an emergency visit is required – it could be weather related or you just forgot something. We’re your friend in town so you don’t have to make the drive. We’re always on call.

  • Did you leave something behind upon departure that you will need before your next visit? We can help secure the item or ship it to you immediately.

  • Are you afraid that something was left on that could cause damage before your next visit? We can go by and check for you.

  • Unexpected bad weather in the area (freezing temps or high winds).

  • If something goes awry, we’re a text or call away. We’ll get it taken care of ASAP so you can get back to relaxing.
